【摘要】:ISO14373:2006specifiesrequirementsforresistancespotweldinginthefabricationofassembliesofuncoatedandmetalliccoatedlowcarbonsteel,comprisingtwoorthreesheetsofmetal,wherethemaximumsinglesheetthicknessofcomponentstobeweldediswithintherange0,4mmto3mm,forthefollowingmaterials:uncoatedsteels;hotdipzincoriron-zincalloy(galvannealed)coatedsteel;electrolyticzinc,zinc-iron,orzinc-nickelcoatedsteel;aluminiumcoatedsteel;zinc-aluminiumcoatedsteel.ISO14373:2006isapplicabletotheweldingofsheetsofthesameordissimilarthickness,wherethethicknessratioislessthanorequalto3:1.Itappliestotheweldingofthreethicknesses,wherethetotalthicknessislessthanorequalto9mm.WeldingwiththefollowingtypesofequipmentiswithinthescopeofISO14373:2006:pedestalweldingequipment;gunwelders;automaticweldingequipmentwherethecomponentsarefedbyrobotsorautomaticfeedingequipment;multiwelders;roboticwelders.TheweldingoforganiccoatedorprimercoatedsteelsisnotwithinthescopeofISO14373:2006.
