【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesthecoatings,dimensions,materials,lubricationandperformancerequirementsforbolts,screwsandstudswithapre-appliedsealingfeatureincorporatedintothethread,whentestedatatemperaturebetween15℃and30℃.Itappliestobolts,screwsandstuds:a)withISOmetriccoarsepitchM4toM24threadsconformingtoBS3643:Part2:1981;b)withspecificstrengthrequirementsconformingtoeitherBS6104:Part3:1981,BS6105:1981orBSEN20898-1:1992,asappropriate;c)withthreadsoftoleranceclass6gor4hconformingtoBS3643:Part2:1981;d)forapplicationintoamatingcomponentwithathreadoftoleranceclass6HconformingtoBS3643:Part2:1981;e)forusewithinthetemperaturerange-50℃to+150℃.Thefollowingarenotcoveredinthescopeofthisstandard:1)performanceattemperaturesoutsidetheoperatingrange;2)performanceofbolts,screwsandstudsforwhichalubricatedorprotectivecoatingisnotpermissible;3)performanceoftaperthreadedcomponents.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesatestmethodtodeterminetheconcentrationofcertaingascomponentsduetopyroliticdecompositionofsolidmaterialsandcompositematerialsundertheinfluenceofradiantheatonlyorwithsimultaneousflameapplication.NOTE1ThegascomponentsinthesmokearedeterminedaccordingtothespecificenvironmentalandtestconditionsdefinedinEN2824andthisstandard.Nostudieshavebeenmadeuptonowtodeterminewhethertheresultscanbetransferredtodifferentconditions,particularlytoactualfireconditions.Theinhalatorytoxicalriskandirritancyaffectcannotbeassessedbymerelymeasuringtheconcentrationofindividualgascomponentsinthesmoke.NOTE2Theburningbehaviourandconsequentlythegascomponentsinthesmokeofaerospacematerialsarenotonlyinfluencedbythetypeofmaterialbutalsotoalargeextentbytheconfiguration,thespecificsurfaceandmass,thecombinationwithothermaterials,themeansofjoiningaswellastheprocessingtechnique.NOTE3Theseinfluencesshallbetakenintoaccountinthepreparationoftests,theselectionoftestspecimensandtheinterpretationoftestresults.
