【摘要】:ThispartofISO8636specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1andISO230-2,geometrictests,machiningtestsandtestsforcheckingaccuracyandrepeatabilityofpositioningofnumericallycontrolledaxesforgeneralpurpose,normalaccuracy,bridge-typemillingmachineswithafixedbridge(portaltype).ThispartofISO8636alsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.ThispartofISO8636isapplicabletomachineswithmovingtablesandfixeddoublecolumns.Itdoesnotincludesingle-column(opensided)machinesandthosewithfixedtablesandmovingcolumns.ThispartofISO8636dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation(vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.)nortomachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),whichshouldgenerallybecheckedbeforetestingtheaccuracy.ThispartofISO8636providestheterminologyusedfortheprincipalcomponentsofthemachineandthedesigna-tionoftheaxeswithreferencetoISO841.NOTEInadditiontotermsusedinthethreeofficialISOlanguages(English,FrenchandRussian),annexAofthispartofISO8636givestheequivalenttermsintheGermanandItalianlanguages;thesearepublishedundertheresponsibilityofthememberbodiesforGermany(DIN)andItaly(UNI).However,onlythetermsgivenintheofficiallanguagescanbeconsideredasISOterms.
