【摘要】:ThissectionofIEC61000-4givesafunctionalanddesignspecificationforflickermeasuringapparatusintendedtoindicatethecorrectflickerperceptionlevelforallpracticalvoltagefluctuationwaveforms.Informationispresentedtoenablesuchaninstrumenttobeconstructed.Amethodisgivenfortheevaluationofflickerseverityonthebasisoftheoutputofflickermeterscomplyingwiththisstandard.Thissectionisbasedonspecificationspreparedbythe"Disturbances"workinggroupoftheInternationalUnionforElectroheat(UIE)andpublishedin1992.Consequentlytheflickermeterspecificationsinthissectionrelateonlytomeasurementsof230V,50Hzinputs;specificationsforothervoltagesandotherfrequenciesareunderconsideration.Theobjectofthissectionistoprovidebasicinformationforthedesignandtheinstrumentationofananalogueordigitalflickermeasuringapparatus.Itdoesnotgivetolerancelimitvaluesofflickerseverity.
