【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversnonrigidvinylchloridepolymerandcopolymerclassesinwhichtheresinportionofthecompositioncontainsatleast90%vinylchloride.Theremaining10%mayincludeoneormoremonomerscopolymerizedwithvinylchlorideorconsistofotherresinsmechanicallyblendedwithpolyvinylchlorideorcopolymersthereof.Thesenonrigidvinylcompoundsaredefinedbyahardnessrangeandincludethenecessarystabilizers,plasticizers,fillers,dyes,andpigmentstomeetthedesignatedrequirements.Thisspecificationincludesnonrigidvinylchloridecompoundsrecommendedforcompressionmolding,injectionmolding,andextrusion,butitmustberecognizedthatparticularcompoundsmaynotbesuitableforallthesemeansoffabrication.Note1-Thisstandardissimilarincontent,butnottechnicallyequivalenttoISO2898-1:1986andISO2898-2:1989.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Thetextofthisspecificationreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthisspecification.RecyclePVCplasticsmeetingtherequirementsofthisspecificationmaybeusedinsomeapplications.RefertothespecificrequirementsintheMaterialsandManufacturesectionoftheapplicableproductstandard.
