【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtestsforself-propelledrubbertyredvehicles(definedinclause3)intendedprimarilyforuseinundergroundmining(i.e.minevehicles)andotherundergroundworkings(e.g.tunnellingvehicles).Theelectricalsupplyvoltageislimitedto1100A.C.and1500D.C.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,thetravellingoperationandthemaintenanceofrubbertyredvehicleswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorizedrepresentative.3ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincluderubbertyreddrillingrigs,which-arecoveredbyEN791,orearthmovingmachinerynotintendedprimarilyforuseinundergroundmines,whicharecoveredbyEN474series.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnottakeaccountofspecifichazardsassociatedwithspecial-purposevehicles,e.g.tankers,explosivesvehicles.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotaddressoperationinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres,whichiscoveredbyanotherEuropeanStandard.Hazardsduetonoiseareexcludedfromthisstandard,butaseparatestandardisinpreparationwherehazardsduetonoisewillbeaddressed.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotaddressremotecontrolordealwithradiationandvibration.Itdoesnotdealwithanyequipmentinstalledonthevehicleforpurposesotherthantravelling.4ThisEuropeanStandardappliestovehicleswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodfortestinglooptensionandelongationofelasticfabricsisconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsofelasticfabricsbecausethetestmethodisusedinthetradeforacceptancetesting.Incaseofadisputearisingfromdifferencesinreportedtestresultswhenusingthistestmethodforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments,thepartiesshouldconductcomparativeteststodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweentheirlaboratories.Competentstatisticalassistanceisrecommendedfortheinvestigationofbias.Asaminimum,thetwopartiesshouldtakeagroupoftestspecimensthatareashomogeneousaspossibleandthatarefromalotofmaterialofthetypeinquestion.Thetestspecimensshouldthenberandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.Theaverageresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingstudent''st-testforunpaireddataandanacceptableprobabilitylevelchosenbythetwopartiesbeforethetestingisbegun.Ifbiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrectedorthepurchaserandthesuppliermustagreetointerpretfuturetestresultswithconsiderationtotheknownbias.ThistestmethodspecifiestheuseoftheCRE-typetensiletestingmachine.UsersofthistestmethodarecautionedthatlooptensiontestdataobtainedusingthismethodarenotcomparabletotensiontestdataobtainedusingTestMethodD1775becauseofthedifferencesintestingmachines.TestMethodD1775usesaCRL-typetensiletestingmachine.Thelooptensionandextensionrelationshipofanelasticfabricisanimportantcriterionforjudgingthesuitabilityofthefabricforvariousenduses,suchas:foundationgarments,brassieres,andswimsuits.Datafromlooptension-recoverycurvescanbecomparedonlyifthetensiontestingmachine,rate-of-extension,maximumloading(orextension),andspecimenspecificationsarecomparable.Sincedifferentmachineset-upswillcausedifferentresultsonthesamefabric,machineset-upsmustalwaysbespecifiedbeforemakingatestandbereportedwiththetestresults.Thetestformeasuringlooptensionatspecifiedelongation(s)isusedtodeterminethetensionofanelasticfabricwhensubjectedtoaspecifiedelongationwhichislessthantheelongationrequiredtorupturethefabric.Thetestprescribespointsofmeasurementontheextending(outgoing)cycleonly.Thetestformeasuringelongationatspecifiedtension(s)isusedtodeterminetheelongationofanelasticfabricwhensubjectedtoaspecifiedlooptensionwhichislessthanthetensionrequiredtorupturethefabric.Thetestprescribespointsofmeasurementontheloading(outgoing)cycleonly.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementoftensionandelongationofwideornarrowelasticfabricsmadefromnaturalorman-madeelastomers,eitheraloneorincombinationwithothertextileyarns,whentestedwithaconstant-rate-of-extension(CRE)typetensiletestingmachine.Note18212;Fordeterminationofsimilartestingusingtheconstant-rate-of-load(CRL)typetensiletestingmachine,refertoTestMethodD1775.1.2Theuseofthistestmethodrequirestheselectionof,ormutualagreementupon,looptension(s)andelongation(s)atwhichthetestresultswillbedetermined.1.3Launderingproceduresrequiremutualagreementontheselectionoftemperatureandnumberofwashingcyclesanddryingcyclestobeused.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;thereforeeachsystemmus......
