【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandevents,commontorailboundmachinesandarisingduetotheadaptationfortheiruseonrailways.Thesemachinesareintendedforconstruction,maintenanceandinspectionoftrack,structures,infrastructureandfixedelectrictractionequipment,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer,seeClause4.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestorailboundmachinesandothervehicles-referredtoasmachines-workingexclusivelyontherailway(utilisingfrictionadhesionbetweentherailandrailwheels)butincludingmachinesthatinworkingpositionarepartlysupportedontheballastortheformationandusedforconstruction,maintenanceandinspectionoftrack,structures,infrastructureandfixedelectrictractionequipment.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachinesthatareintendedtooperatesignallingandcontrolsystems.OthersimilarmachinesaredealtwithinotherEuropeanStandards,seeAnnexD.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecommonhazards,innormalcircumstances,duringrunning,assemblyandinstallation,commissioning,use(includingsetting,programming,andprocesschangeover),operation,cleaning,faultfinding,maintenanceandde-commissioningofthemachines.Additionalsafetymeasurescanberequiredbyexceptionalcircumstances,suchasextremeambienttemperatures(lessthan–20°Corgreaterthan+40°C),highlycorrosiveorcontaminatingenvironment;e.g.duetothepresenceofchemicals,andpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.Airpressurecausedbythepassingofhigh-speedtrainsatmorethan190km/hisalsonotdealtwith.
